各優勝學校請於比賽完成後一個月內遞交申請表，證書印備後將通知學校到取。請於上面表格自行輸入學生姓名，並以Word檔電郵本會。
Application must be submitted within ONE month after the competition, notification of certificate collection will be sent to schools once prepared. Please complete the form above and email us by word format.
