	報名日期 Date of Entry: 23/8/2021 - 8/9/2021 截止提交運動員名單日期 Deadline of nomination form submission: 5/10/2021
	新冠疫情下報名特別安排 (只限2021-2022)：
	1. 只舉行個人項目，所有接力項目取消。 2. 每校每項可填報兩人。 3. 每名運動員只可參加一個項目。 4. 所有項目均為決賽，以泳員成績定名次。 5. 賽會將因應報名人數作出調節以配合游泳池可容納人數，並確實每一時段在場人士有足夠社交距離。因此每項目最終可能只可接納一人參賽！請各領隊老師報名時把實力較佳之運動員填於運動員編號一。
